Delete account and data

You can request deletion of your Rhythm account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email privacy@rhythm.health from your account email.
  2. Use subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include your full name and account email for verification.

What happens next

  • We confirm your request and identity.
  • We process deletion within 30 days, unless law requires retention.
  • Some billing/transaction records may be retained as legally required.
